Extended Hours (+30) & FEET Funding

 

Universal

Every child is entitled to 15 hours (Universal) funding from the Government.  The term after your child's 3rd birthday you will be eligible to claim this.  Pre-school will arrange this funding for you and all you need to do is complete a funding form in Pre-school.

Extended

Some families are entitled to an additional 15 hours of Free Early Education. There are certain criteria that has to be met and if you feel you are eligible for this additional Government funded 15 hours you will need to do an eligibility check on-line and make a claim.  To check eligibility contact Childcare Choices.  For more information, contact your local council or speak to Pre-school.

Our Pre-school does offer the Universal 15 hours, Presently, we are unable to offer the full 30 hours, however we do offer 2 full days on a Wednesday and Friday of 6-7 hours a day (subject to availability).  If you are already attending another Pre-school or childminder, we also accept the additional 15 hours as a second setting.

FEET

We take FEET Funded children from 2 yrs 6 mths, for up to 15 hours a week.  There are certain criteria for meeting Feet eligibility, for example - If a child is looked after, If a parent/s is/are on certain benefits.  If you think you may be eligible for FEET Funding (2 year Olds) please contact Childcare Choices.
